Sewer Crossing of the Tuolumne River, in an amount not to exceed $81,330,

the Agreement for the Preliminary Design Report for the Shackelford
Crossing. (Funding Source: Wastewater Fund)

(ROW) acquisition, and construction of intersection improvements and a new
