of January 1, 2013. (Funding Source: Not Applicable) ACTION: Resolution 01-2009 (Hawn/Lopez;unan) reappointing Tammy Maisetti, Michael Pratt, Tom Slater and Michael Navarro to the Citizens Redevelopment Advisory Commission with term expirations of January 1, 2013. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD None. CONSENT ITEMS - ROLL CALL VOTE REQUIRED: Item B CONSENT ITEMS An item may be removed from consent and discussed at the request of an audience member or Agency Member. Consent ACTION: Motion (Hawn/Lopez;unan) approving the minutes of the special Redevelopment Agency meeting of November 12, 2008. NEW BUSINESS C. Consider amending the Redevelopment Agency budget for FY 08-09, based on lower revenue estimates
and unanticipated expenditures. (Funding Source: Redevelopment Agency) ACTION: Resolution 02-2009 (Marsh/Hawn;unan) approving the amendment of the various Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Redevelopment Agency budgets and approving a short term loan from the Low/Moderate Income Housing Fund.
