The Woodglen Specific Plan provides for the development of 180 Multi-Family Residential units and
353 Low Density Residential units for a total of 533 units. An open space area with a stormwater
infiltration basin and active and passive recreation areas would occupy the central portion of the
proposed project site.
Specific Plan area is bordered by Bangs Avenue on the north, Pelandale
Avenue on the south, Carver Road on the west and Tully Road on the
east. Orchards and vineyards are located to the north and east of the
project site, while single-family residential land use is located to the
west and south.
The City is preparing the Final Environmental Impact Report for certification. Public Hearings
regarding the project will be scheduled upon completion.
