Modesto's Amgen Tour of California Website Up and Running!
The Modesto Local Organizing Committee for the 2008 Amgen Tour of California Stage
3 Start is pleased to announce the launch of its website. Focusing on the events that are occurring locally, Modesto's website has information on the route, volunteer opportunities, hotel options, press releases,
sponsors and sponsorship opportunities.
"The fact that the Amgen Tour of California is coming to Modesto is truly amazing," said Jennifer Mullen, Local Organizing Committee Co-Chair and Executive Director of the Modesto Convention and Visitors Bureau.
"This is going to be a massive event with enormous benefit to our community. Be sure to check the website often, as updates will become more frequent the closer we get to February 20. Memorize the route and pick the spot from which you want to watch the Stage
3 Start, or sign up to be a volunteer, you can do it all on the website!"
