Amgen Tour of California Sponsorship Opportunity

The Local Organizing Committee for the Amgen Tour of California is seeking sponsors in the community to provide children's bicycle helmets through the Amgen Tour of California's Bicycle Safety and Education Program.  Members of the committee will be working with local schools to distribute Amgen Tour of California Classroom Education Books as well as holding assemblies that focus on bicycle safety.

The committee's goal is to distribute 3,000 helmets to elementary school students in February. Each helmet costs approximately $7.  For more information, or to get involved in the program, please contact Andy Johnson at (209) 571-5582 or ajohnson@modestogov.com.
