Contact: Ashley Bougoukalos (209) 577-5428 Senior/Disabled Open Swim The City of Modesto Parks, Recreation and Neighborhoods Department offers senior/disabled open swim at the Susan Burris Indoor Heated Pool, 1325 Sonoma Ave, on the Sonoma Elementary School grounds. Senior/Disabled swim is available Monday through Friday, 3:30-5 p.m. Participants must purchase a swim card. Swim cards are available at the Senior Citizens Center, 211 Bodem Street, and the Parks, Recreation and Neighborhoods Department, 1010 10th Street, Suite 4400.
