Citizens Housing & Community Development Committee
The Citizens Housing & Community Development Committee provides overall review of the City's HUD funds. The committee makes funding recommendations to the Modesto City Council regarding the HUD Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Shelter Grant, and HOME Investment Partnershipo Grant programs.
