1. Consider receiving status report of development projects processed by the

ACTION: Motion (Lopez/Marsh;unan.) accepting
the status report of development projects processed by the Community and
Economic Development Department.

2. Consider recommending to the City Council approval of the Airport Capital
Improvement Plan (ACIP) Update to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and
Caltrans Aeronautics. (Funding Source: Not Applicable)

ACTION: Motion (Lopez/Marsh;unan.) recommending
and forwarding to Council the approval of the Airport Capital Improvement Plan (ACIP)

3. Consider recommending that the City Council authorize the work necessary to
update the City Standards Specifications (Funding Source: Enterprise Funds
(sewer, water, stormdrain), and General Fund)

and forwarding to Council the authorization of the work necessary to update the

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
4. Consider accepting the 2009 Urban Growth
Review Update regarding the final vacant land inventory analyses, discussion
regarding preliminary results of the infrastructure systems analyses, and
provide direction to staff. (Funding Source: Not Applicable)

ACTION: Community and Economic Development and Public Works staff presented
information. The Committee discussed the Urban Growth Review Update with staff
and there was participation from the public. No action was taken. This item was
for information only.
The next workshop is scheduled for February 26,
2009 to continue the discussion of the Urban Growth Review Update. Public
participation and involvement was encouraged at the February 26, 2009 workshop.
