Garrad Marsh was elected to the City Council in 2003, reelected in 2007 and is currently Vice Mayor for the 2008 year. He is a life long resident of Modesto, married with four children, five grandchildren, and owns and operates the McHenry Bowl. Councilmember Marsh is currently Vice Chair of the Economic Development Committee and a member of the Finance Committee.
