Will O'Bryant was elected to the City Council in March 2002 to serve a four-year term. Councilmember O'Bryant is a retired detective with the Alameda County Sheriff's Department. He is currently Vice Chair of the Council's Safety and Communities Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee.
