Airport

The Modesto City-County Airport is located 2 miles southeast of downtown Modesto and encompasses 455 acres.  The airport is funded as an enterprise fund and is capable of supporting its annual operations and maintenance expenses with revenues collected from the aviation users.

Designated for commercial service, the airport provides short haul or commuter service to large commercial hubs. Accommodations are for 737's and DC-9 type aircraft.
