Low Income Seniors and
Disabled Citizens Utilities Discount

Customers qualifying for the Low-Income Senior / Disabled Discount will receive a 25% discount on their utility bills. To apply, please complete the application form and return with the requested documentation to the Central Valley Opportunity Center (CVOC) (address on the reverse of the application).

The Central Valley Opportunity Center is located at 1581 Cummins Way Modesto, Ste. 100, CA 95358. Applications may be submitted by mail.
