Organizational Development is the process of providing expertise in planning, organizing, coordinating
and implementing the organizations development program in a variety of professional and technical areas.
The Organizational Development Coordinator is responsible to recommend and assist in the implementation of
goals and objectives; establish schedules and methods for designing, planning and implementing a comprehensive
City-wide training and development program including employee development programs; implement policies and procedures.
