The training tower was the first of it's kind in the state of
California. As a model for other training towers, it has the most modern training features available,
including:
- 2 propane fired burn rooms
- Smoke capability throughout
- Interior "high rise" stairwell
- Exterior stairwell
- High angle rescue area
- Confined space rescue area
- Full basement
- Fire Department connection, standpipe and sprinkler
