Certified members of the Modesto Crime Free Multi-Housing Program experience many benefits:
- The program, including the landlord training seminar, is free
- A more stable and satisfied resident base
- Lower maintenance and repair costs
- Improved safety for residents, managers and visitors
- Use of the Crime Free logo in advertising and marketing materials
- Photo listing of the property on the Police Department's Crime Free website
- Weekly update of police calls for service that occur at the property
- Managers/Owners, upon request, may receive copies of police reports (as allowed by law) that have
occurred on the property, free of charge
- Membership in the Modesto Crime Free Manager's Association, a networking group of local managers
who meet monthly
- A direct link to the Police Department through the Crime Free Multi-Housing office for assistance and support
