The City of Modesto is making available a projected $155,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for Public Services (direct services designed to benefit low- and moderate-income persons) and $160,000 in Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) funds for emergency shelter, street outreach, homelessness prevention, and rapid re-housing activities for Fiscal Year 2013 (July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014).
A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be made available on Monday, January 28, 2012 on the City’s website: www.modestogov.com. Prerequisite RFP and Technical Assistance (TA) workshops will also be held on Monday, January 28 at 10 am (morning session) and 2 pm (afternoon session) in Chambers – Basement Level, 1010 Tenth Street, Modesto – attendees need only attend one session.
