The Modesto Police Department is seeking citizen feedback via an on-line survey. The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and provides vital information to help department personnel better serve their customers; the citizens of Modesto.
The internet-based survey form can be found on the internet at www.modestogov.com/mpd/survey/. Once complete, the form can be automatically submitted with the click of the mouse.
