The Modesto Police Department is offering a Landlord/Property Management training from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at the Modesto Police Department, 600 10th Street.
This training is offered several times a year as part of the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program and is open to rental property owners, managers and staff. Topics include: Fair Housing/Applicant Screening, Crime Prevention through Environmental Design, Security Lighting, Crime Free Multi-Housing Program Information, Fire Safety/Prevention, Evictions, and Gang & Drug Recognition.
