POLICE INVESTIGATE EARLY MORNING HOMICIDE
Modesto, CA - On 10-10-09 at approximately 9:04 AM officers were dispatched to the 900 block of
Officers on scene located one deceased gunshot victim inside the residence. The victim was a Hispanic male adult. He has not been positivity identified and his family has not been notified at this time.
Witnesses are being interviewed by detectives. No suspects in custody at this time as the investigation is the preliminary stages.
