Before you Begin...

The Personnel Department requires that each interested applicant file an official Application for Employment with the City of Modesto. This form is provided here as a service to our residents and visitors.

Please keep in mind that many of our positions also require a set of supplemental questions and/or certificates in addition to this application form.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all required information is delivered to the City of Modesto with your completed application prior to the final filing date. Please feel free to contact the Personnel Department if you have any questions about the requirements for a particular position.
