standing for receptions
Basement: 72 seated
Garden: 200 seated
Seating:
Tables and chairs provided indoor events. Renter must
provide tables and chairs for outdoor events.
Hours Available:
8 a.m.-midnight
Policies:
Alcohol permitted. Dancing and amplified music in garden only.
Functions:
Weddings, receptions, luncheons, dinners, special events.
Kitchen:
Caterers only (no food preparation on site).
Special Notes:
Walk-through with Rental Coordinator required.
