All Agency Assisted Housing Units
AB 987 was signed into law by the Governor of
California effective January 1, 2008. One of the
requirements of AB 987 is for redevelopment agencies to
compile, maintain and make available to the public a
database of existing, new and substantially
rehabilitated income restricted units developed or
otherwise assisted with moneys from the Low and Moderate
Income Fund. To fully satisfy AB 987, a list of
all projects assisted with Low and Moderate Income
Housing Funds that required the recordation of
Affordability Covenants/Restrictions may be downloaded
below.
