The City of Modesto uses the
"One Stop Shop Process" for submitting development, landscape
and irrigation plans. All complete sets of building plans are
to be submitted to the Development Center for review. Please
include three (3) sets of landscape and irrigation plans, along
with all other necessary items, when submitting your building
plans to the Building Department. No plans will be accepted for
review over-the-counter in the Parks, Recreation and
Neighborhoods Department. For further information, click on the

Any re-submittals for landscape and irrigation plans will be
handled directly through the Parks, Recreation and Neighborhoods
Department until the plans are approved. At that time, the
approved landscape and irrigation plans will be returned to the
Building Department for inclusion in the final permit package.
