Non Profit Agency Funding for Public Services
If your agency provides eligible public services to low income
city residents, (including but not limited to, emergency shelter
for the homeless, youth and family services, child care, health
and/or drug abuse services, food pantries, crime prevention,
employment and/or vocational training, fair housing services,
energy conservation services or recreational needs) you may be
eligible to apply for CDBG funds during our regular, competitive

Affordable Housing
Non Profit Agency Funding for Housing Acquisition
If your agency provides housing services to low income families,
you may be eligible to apply for CDBG/HOME funds during a competitive
funding process to acquire and rehabilitate existing residential
structures to convert them into affordable housing for low income

Neighborhood Based Capital Improvement Projects
Has your neighborhood group identified the need for improvements
such as the installation of a bus or picnic shelter, a safety
beacon near a school crosswalk, items
to improve traffic safety, landscaping, or other items to make
your neighborhood safer, healthier and more attractive?
