Adult Softball
City of Modesto slow-pitch softball leagues span a ten-month period of time, usually getting underway in late February. Men’s 16-game leagues are offered in spring, and eight-game leagues are offered in spring, summer and fall. Women’s 16-game leagues are offered in spring, and eight-game leagues are offered in fall. Coed competitive and recreational leagues, as well as men’s fastball* are offered in spring, summer and fall. Games are played in the evening Sunday through Friday, at Beyer, Davis, Mellis and Beard Brook Parks. Saturday tournaments are also offered monthly
*Fastball is a modified form of baseball played on a softball field.

Adult Basketball
Five-on-five men’s basketball leagues are offered in winter, spring and fall. The ten-game leagues are played on Wednesday nights at the Roosevelt Junior High School Gym.
