City of Modesto Youth Commission & Advisory Board Meets the first Monday of every month, 4 p.m., at Tenth Street Place, 1010 Tenth Street, Council Chambers, Basement Level.

The purpose of the Youth Commission is to advise the City  Council concerning the needs of  youth in Modesto.

The Youth Commission is made up of one junior and one senior from each high school, including parochial and private schools, within the Modesto City Limits. 
The Advisory Board is made up of at least three students— freshman to senior—from each high, school.
