To become a City of Modesto volunteer, a Volunteer
Application and Waiver must be turned in to Stephanie
Coordinator with the City of Modesto Parks, Recreation
and Neighborhoods Department. Print the
appropriate forms, complete all of the information and
provide your signature where necessary.

Partners In Paint
Partners in Paint is a community education program
developed by Councilmember Dave Lopez as a graffiti tool
for the City of Modesto. The program is dedicated to
raising awareness about the harmful effects of graffiti
vandalism on communities.
