Rules and Regulations
Modesto City-County Airport rules and regulations can be found in the City of Modesto Municipal Code,
Title 7, Chapter 3. An online version of the municipal code is located here.
Airport Advisory Committee
A nine-member committee appointed by the Modesto City Council, Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors,
and Cities of Ceres and Turlock that acts in an advisory capacity on Airport policy matters by providing
advice and recommendations in the following areas:
- Airport Rules and Regulations
- Airport Security
- Airport Master Plan
- Commercial Air Service
- Airport Land Use and Development
Open to the public, the Committee usually meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in the
Airport Administration Conference Room.
