Downtown Improvement District Board of Directors

Responsibilities

The Downtown Improvement District (DID) Board of Directors formulates recommendations relating to businesses in downtown Modesto.

Board Members must own a business in the DID boundary.

  • Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 4:00 PM.
  • Location: DID Office located at 1016 12th Street in Modesto.
