A weekly box of five frozen meals. Frozen meals include: 5 entrées with vegetables, fruit juice or fruit cup, sliced wheat bread and a dessert.
Pre-registration is required by calling the Senior Information line at 209-558-8698. This program is hosted by the Parks, Recreation and Neighborhoods Department and Stanislaus County Area Agency on Aging.
