Purpose

The Water Corporation Yard Project developed and constructed a new corporation yard for the Water Services Division of the Utilities Department; Parks Operations Division of the Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhoods Department; and Finance Stores Division of the Finance Department through the design-build construction method. This is the City of Modesto's first vertical design-build construction project.
