Fill out and submit the application below to become an Approved Tree vendor in the City of Modesto. You will be notified in writing by the City of Modesto on your approval status.  Once approved, you will be added to our Approved Tree Vendor list for the duration of the validity of your insurance.

    1. Insurance Requirements*

      Required Insurance for City of Modesto vendors.  Upon approval, you will be required to upload this information into our Insurance tracking system (PINS). 

    2. Applicant must have a current City of Modesto Business License.

    Note:  You will need to submit a permit application for review and approval before performing work on any City tree.  Services contracted by the homeowner must be approved by the City prior to service and will be the financial responsibility of the homeowner.
