  4. Are you a retired Stanislaus County judge?*
  5. Are you a member from a bona fide local taxpayer's association with tax exempt status under the relevant provisions of the Internal Revenue Code?*
  6. Are you a member from a bona fide local nonpartisan political organization, with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, dedicated to encouraging informed and active participation in government?*
  7. Are you a member from a former Civil Grand Jury who has served in that role within in the previous five years?*
  8. Do you consider yourself to have demonstrated civic involvement and a capacity to serve in an honest, independent, and impartial fashion?*
  9. Are you a member of any of these groups?*

  30. Demographics

    City of Modesto invites all applicants to voluntarily self-identify their gender, race/ethnicity, veteran status and disability. Submission of this information is voluntary and refusal to provide will not affect the application process. The information will be kept confidential and will only be used in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, executive orders and regulations, including those that require the information to be summarized and reported to the federal government for civil rights enforcement.

    Regular general meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month 4:00 p.m. at the Neighborhood Center at Marshall Park located at 420 Chicago Avenue, Building A, Modesto, CA 95351. 

    Note: To stay apprised of youth issues in Modesto, attendance at other meetings, such as City Council and other City boards and commissions, will be encouraged.
