WHEN DOES MY STREET GET SWEPT?

City of Modesto streets are swept on a four week area rotation. Please do not sweep leftover debris into piles as the street sweeper cannot pick up piles of debris and will go around them. Alleys are not swept. Map of Street Sweeping Schedule

WATER RATE INCREASE

On August 9, 2016 City Council reviewed and adopted a Water Rate and Fee Study that included an annual review of the water rate increase. On October 22, 2019 City Council reviewed and adopted the scheduled water rate increase of 9%, effective April 1, 2020.
