ABOVE & BEYOND

Randy Erwin from the Water Division was headed home from work last week and noticed this situation on Salida Boulevard. The call had already been dispatched but he felt, since he was there and could assist the Salida Fire Department, he could stop and handle it quickly. Thanks Randy for going above & beyond the call of duty! Also special shout out to the Salida FD for capturing such a great photo.
