General Facility Information

• The Rental fee is:
  • Four (4) hours the rental price is $227.00 and the refundable deposit is $160.00.
  • Nine (9) hours the rental price is $366.00 and the refundable deposit is $215.00.
  • All day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) the rental price is $502.00 and the refundable deposit is $282.00.
• Maximum capacity for standing guests is 248.
• Maximum capacity for seated guests is 116   
  • Limited tables and chairs available.
• The hall has a small kitchen with refrigerator, four (4) burner stove, oven (16-1/2 x 16 x 20) and sink.

Policies

No alcohol, dancing or amplified music are permitted. You must be eighteen (18) or older to rent the hall.

 Special Notes

A certificate of insurance is required. Monday through Thursday rentals require an additional $109 custodial fee. This hall is not available for rent from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
