Analysis of Opportunity Sites

Opportunity sites are properties that can be developed with new housing. The sites are evaluated to determine what type of housing could fit on the site, whether it would make financial sense to develop housing, and what would have to change to make it possible. The workshop will include a presentation and more detailed, in-depth discussion with the consultant and staff about housing opportunities and housing types.

How Do I Participate?

Join us for our second community workshop “Analysis of Opportunity Sites” (in-person or via Zoom) in-person at 1010 10th Street (Council Chambers) or connect via Zoom virtually or join audio by phone using the information below. Spanish interpretation will be available for participants who join in-person and via Zoom.
