    A hot nutritious lunch is available at the Modesto Senior Center for county seniors by Stanislaus County Senior Nutrition Program. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance of lunch by calling 209-480-4337. Today's scheduled lunch is: Tuna Salad Sandwich Green Salad Tomato/Cucumber Salad Orange Juice (a Vitamin C rich food)

    A lower impact, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired dance fitness party that keeps you in the groove of life. Due to the popularity of this class, pre-registration in the Senior Center Office is required. Beginning June 10, 2019, there will be two sessions of Zumba Gold offered on Mondays and Thursdays. You may only register for one session per day.
