Recycling Collection Week - Odd Numbered Addresses

Walking Group - 60+years

Self-paced group walks on a pre-determined 3/4-1.3 mile loop across the street from the senior center. If it is too hot or raining, walk inside. No walking on holidays.

Strength Training - Young at Heart (60+ years)

Focus is on full body to work on strength, balance and flexibility.

Bodem Bistro-Senior Meal Program - 60+years

A hot nutritious meal is available to those sixty years or older with an advance reservation.

Hatha Yoga - 60+ years

Yoga is the practice of combining physical poses with mindfulness, breathing and meditation to promote mobility, strength, flexibility and endurance. Hatha style of practice.
