About the Green Waste Collection Service

Large green waste such as shrubbery, brush, tree limbs, tree branches, and tree trimming (excluding tree limbs larger than six (6) feet in length or six (6) inches in diameter, and any single piece of large green waste weighing more than fifty (50) pounds) are picked up once a month.

Trimming Placement Restrictions

  • Trimmings should be placed at the curb adjacent to your property. 
  • Piles may not extend more than three feet into the street and must be at least one foot from the foot of the curb. 
  • Where curbs do not exist, trimmings should be placed one foot from the point of low drainage. 
  • Do not place Green waste trimmings near sewer clean-outs, manholes, fire hydrants, drains or other utility fixtures.

  • Concrete
  • Dirt
  • Ground cover
  • Household items
  • Junk
  • Plastic
  • Rocks
  • Scrap lumber
  • Sod
  • Tires
  • Trash or Hazardous Waste
  • Tree stumps
