City of Modesto streets are swept once per month within 48 hours of the collection of your large yard trimmings. The street sweeping schedule is as follows:
Area A (pink) - Streets in this area are swept the 1st Full week of each month.
Area B (yellow) - Streets in this area are swept the 2nd Full week of each month.
Area C (green) - Streets in this area are swept the 3rd Full week of each month.
Area D (blue) - Streets in this area are swept the 4th Full week of each month.
Note: Please do not sweep leftover debris into piles as the street sweeper cannot pick up piles of debris and will go around them. Alleys are not swept.
Each hauler has an exclusive service area as deemed by the Modesto City Council. Review the Service Area Map below to locate your hauler, find out when your garbage, recycling and organics items are picked up.
