The City of Modesto is releasing its Cares Act Public Service Funding Request for Proposals. Today, June 30, 2020, the City will be accepting applications for both the CDBG-CV and ESG-CV eligible programs. Due to the emergent nature of the funding and community need, the city has decided not to hold a technical workshop and instead is opening the application process to all eligible applicants. Attached is the RFP guidelines, the CARES Act Application, and the City scoring matrix.

About this Request For Proposals | This single Request For Proposals solicits applications for both CDBG-CV and ESG-CV projects that are to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The City of Modesto Community & Economic Development Department will allocate funding to the appropriately selected projects that meet statutory and regulatory guidelines. |
