Short 5-minute full closures of Emerald Avenue between Kansas Avenue and Loletta Avenue is tentatively scheduled to begin Friday, August 14th and is expected to last until Monday, August 24th.Traffic will be stopped momentarily by flaggers while falsework components for the 132 overcrossing will be lifted overhead into place by a crane.
