The City of Modesto is presenting its Program Year 2019-2020 Annual Action Plan Amendment Number Four to program the CARES ACT Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV2) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG-CV3) funding awarded directly to the City of Modesto.
