The Youth Commission is comprised of nine full-time students living within the boundaries of the City of Modesto, from public or private schools. The Youth Commission is established to act in an advisory capacity to the City Council and the City Manager in matters pertaining to youth, and to initiatives, policies and programs impacting the youth in the City of Modesto.
