The City of Modesto has released its Draft 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan, 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan, and the Proposed updates to the City's Citizen Participation Plan for Housing and Urban Development funded programs for public review. These plans review the City's plan for its U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funding for the next five years as well as its planned implementation of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, HOME Investment Partnership Plans, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) from the Program Year 2025-2026 (July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026).
