[ARCHIVED] City of Modesto Waste Tire Recycling Amnesty Event

The City of Modesto is holding a Waste Tire Recycling Amnesty Event on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Downey High School (Parking Lot), 1000 Coffee Road.  This event is for Modesto residents. We will be available from 9:00am-1:00pm to accept waste tires for Free disposal.  This event is made possible with grant funding from the Department of Resources and Recovery (CalRecycle).  It is a great opportunity to clean out your garage or backyard and even your neighborhood and bring us your waste tires.  We partner with Waste Recovery West, Inc. to be sure the tires you bring us are processed and recycled.

Please see program details below and if you have any additional question, please call the Solid Waste Office at (209) 577-5494. See you there!
