[ARCHIVED] Announcement to CoC Agencies Regarding New SAM Registration Requirement

Good afternoon CoC Agencies,


We want to highlight that the SAM.gov registration (mandated for all applicants for CoC funding) has increased registration requirements. GSA is now requiring entities registering on SAM.gov (new and renewals as of April 2018) to provide an original signed notarized letter, on the entity's letterhead, stating that the organizational official registering the organization is the authorized Entity Administrator within 30 days after the organization's registration will be activated (no exceptions).


Please find additional information regarding this change on the GSA Website Due to the increased burden of this requirement, agencies may wish to proceed with step as soon as possible to avoid any delays in future contracting.
