You are invited to participate in the process of developing the City of Modesto’s next five-year Consolidated Plan related to housing and community development programs.
The City is looking for your feedback on establishing the funding needs and priorities on:
- Affordable housing opportunities for low-income persons
- Addressing homelessness including assistance to those at risk of becoming homeless.
- Social & Economic Development for low-income persons.
Complete a Community Needs Survey.
The Survey is available in English and Spanish. All responses will remain anonymous. The survey will close on March 10, 2025.
