At the start of 2019, the Modesto city leadership team will
build a series of goals aimed at addressing and overcoming the barriers to
effective and efficient operations. Often, these barriers are seen as just
normal business practices for any government agency, but the city is committed
to changing this practice, and changing the mentality of “the way we’ve always
done it.”
We want to reimagine government – by who we are, how we
